The Coalition of State Reited Workers, initiated by the DSEA-R, has met every month since February. This committee of retired state workers has created a stratigy to prevent the SEBC from reducing or removing the retired state workers health benefits.
The Coalitin of State Retired Workers can not do this alone. You are requested to help by contacting your state legislators and voice your concerns. I hope to soon have letter with talking points that you may use when you contact them. I will post it on this web site and on the DSEA-R.org web site.
The DSEA-R Excuitive Board met September 1st. After reviewing the Stratigic Plan that was created last year the board set goals for the up coming year.
